Other Machining

In addition to our CNC and screw machine capabilities, Mursix maintains one of the most complete and versatile collections of integrated machining equipment in the precision manufactured components industry. Our suite of equipment includes wire EDMs, high -speed EDM drillers, drill presses and radial arm drills, milling machines, jig bores, and CNC lathes. We also operate numerous surface, cylindrical and jig grinders, as well as vertical and horizontal band saws, honing machines, and bead blasters. All heat treating to tool steel is performed in-house.

This extensive capability allows Mursix to perform a variety of value-added finishing and secondary machining operations on customer components, including burnishing, milling, turning, honing, tapping, threading, drilling, reaming, precision grinding and other specialized operations.
