Assembly

Mursix possesses a wide range of assembly capabilities, which allows us to integrate components into complete, value-added assemblies. Our assembly lines are set up using lean manufacturing practices that allow for a continuous flow process through the plant. 5S systems (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize and Sustain), POUS (Point of Use Storage), and Kaizen techniques are used throughout our plants to effectively streamline the manufacturing process. These continuous improvement techniques translate into reduced costs and quality improvements for our customers.

Assembly operations utilize visuals, boundary samples, continuity test units, motor directional indicators, force gages, comparators, pull testers, hand measurement and other tools to ensure that our processes meet our requirement for zero defects.
