CNC

Our CNC machines are the workhorses of the Mursix Corporate Tech Center. We were early and enthusiastic proponents of the use of CNC machine tools as a means to improve quality and reduce processing time in the production of tools and prototypes. The positioning accuracy and repeatability of our CNC machines allows us to produce parts that are as precise and consistent in their fiftieth iteration as they are in their first.

Each machine in our suite of CNC equipment is linked to our document control system, eliminating the generation of redundant information, which reduces tool building time and ultimately, our customers' costs. Our CNC equipment array includes enhancements such as probing systems, measuring devices and post process gauging systems.
